Mrs. Lephatsa was appointed as the Chairperson of the Public Service Tribunal Panel in terms of sections 3, 4, and 5 of the Public Service Amendment Act of 2007. She chaired, draffed judgments from appeal cases lodged in the Public Service Tribunal by unsatisfied parties from Public Service’s disciplinary hearing decisions.
She was also a member of the Board of Directors in the Road Fund, a member representing the Law Society of Lesotho. She had a fiduciary duty to protect the interest of the Road Fund and liable to its Shareholder by observing compliance to the principles of good corporate governance in the manner the Board runs its oversight role and/or responsibility over the Road Fund Secretariat. Mrs. Lephatsa is also a panel chairperson of Public Service Tubunal. She chairs and draw judgments of appeals from the Government Department. She is now a member of the board of directors of Habital for Humanity in Lesotho and also serve as the chairperson of Human Resources and Governance sub-committee
Mrs. Lephatsa is an Attorney at Law who was initially admitted as an Advocate of the Courts of Lesotho and presently admitted as an Attorney at Law. She has a vast experience in the legal fraternity acquired from her long services at reputable Law firms; Messrs Webber Newdigate and Messrs Mofolo, Tau-Thabane & Co. as an Advocate in the Courts of Lesotho. She also served as a Legal Secretary for various Law Firms before she obtained her Law degree; viz; N. Mphalane & Co, O. K. Mofolo & Co. and Webber Newdigate.
She is a holder of Master’s Degree in Labour Labour Law (LLM), Advanced Course in Labour Law and LLB Degree obtained from University of the Free State and a Certificate in Adult Education from the National University of Lesotho (IEMS).
Obtained various attendance certificates from various trainings on board leadership and Corporate Governance for state owned enterprises, Good corporate Litigation Surgery – held by Interights in Mombasa, Kenya, Trial Advocacy by SOFRECO, funded by the European Union.

Mr. Mohasoa holds a Bachelor of laws degree obtained at University of South Africa as well as a diploma in Legal Assistance obtained at Tshwane University of Technology. Mr. Mohasoa became part of Lephatsa Attorneys in 2018 till to date. He has been employed as a paralegal at Mohamed Seedat Attorneys in Pretoria from 2013 till 2016. Thereafter he was employed by a Franchise company in South Africa between 2016 and 2017 as a legal advisor.
His academic, personal and professional experience has solidified his commitment to the legal fraternity as well as the spirit, mission and objectives of the Law. He is an enthusiastic individual with excellent self-motivation and analytical skills along with the ability to focus and Possessing an inborn ability to work in a fast-paced and result-oriented environment.
Mr. Tau holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban and Reginal Planning Degree obtained at the National University of Lesotho.
Mr. Tau started working as paralegal at Mofolo, Tau-Thabane & Co on a part time basis from 2012 and became permanent after completing his degree in 2016 until 2022. He joined Lephatsa Attorneys in 2022 to date. His duties as a paralegal are mainly in the conveyancing department, debt collection and administration of deceased's estates amongst others. He has accumulated vast experience in the legal fratenity since 2012.
